Putting the world into perspective

Framing the way we see things can often lead to a profound change in our perception. A perfect RATIO placed onto any given view will force us to see the world from a more dramatic perspective. Pulling something grand out of the ordinary has always been a challenge I have sought out and thrived on. This is the basis for my love of the image, and my desire to capture the world through photography.

My journey began many years ago with a Nikon FM10 35mm film camera. The fundamental approach of this camera taught me a great deal about getting it right the first time. Frame properly, be patient, and translate it to the film. Moving into digital spurred me to pursue my passion even further as a professional while still preserving my love for film in my personal work. This putting the world into perspective frame by frame, scene by scene, on film and digital, has produced fruit in the form of RATIO. Hope you enjoy the view....
